More than 5 hours before departure: You can modify your Danube Flow ticket free of charge.
Within 5 hours of departure: Unfortunately, ticket changes are not possible.

When requesting a modification, please include your preferred new date so we can process your request quickly.

Danube Flow – Ticket Cancellation Policy
48 hours or more before departure: You are eligible for a full refund.
Within 48 hours of departure or in the event of a no-show: We are unable to provide a refund.

If you wish to cancel, please indicate whether you would prefer a cash refund or a Danube Flow gift voucher, valid for one year.

A full refund of the ticket price.

Guests are eligible for a complete refund or credit if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event begins.
Notice provided between 24 and 48 hours prior to the start will result in a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
In the event that we must cancel the program due to weather conditions or other unexpected issues, you will be offered a full refund or credit.

Failure to attend (no-shows) will be billed at the full rate.
