Easy to find us. The meeting point is Carl Lutz rakpart – Dock 4, in the heart of Budapest. When you arrive, look for the DOCK 4 sign on the pier, where our team will be waiting for you.

The dock is also easy to reach by public transport: it's just a few minutes' walk from the Jászai Mari tér stop, served by trams 2, 4 and 6, as well as buses 9 and 26. If you're arriving by car, public parking is available across from Dock 4.

Once you've booked, we'll send you a digital map along with your ticket, so you can easily find the meeting point. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure, check in with our team, and follow their instructions. Depending on operations, boarding may take place at Dock 4, 5 or 9, which are all located right next to each other. The boat departs on time, so unfortunately we're not able to let latecomers board.
